ExamFX Visits National Agents Alliance Headquarters

BURLINGTON, N.C. – National Agents Alliance President and Chief Executive Officer Andy Albright welcomed ExamFX’s Chad Schimke and Sam Floetke to the company’s headquarters in late September.

Albright met with Schimke to discuss the partnership between National Agents Alliance and ExamFX, which has seen a 50 percent growth in the last year.

Schimke, a regional vice president with ExamFX, said visiting National Agents Alliance headquarters and spending time with Albright and his corporate staff was important because it helped ExamFX get a better understanding of National Agents Alliance’s daily operations.

“It’s been a lot of fun, and we were able to go over some numbers, really just the year-to-date growth in 2011 versus 2010,” Schimke said. “We’ve seen a 50 percent bump … that’s how exceptional the growth has been. Now, we are looking at creative ways to continue that heightened level of activity. We are looking at offering more contests and perhaps lowering that barrier to entry cost to get people started in the licensing classes. We know it’s tough with the economy, so anything we can do to lower cost, we are willing to help do.”

ExamFX, headquartered out of Kansas, pioneered an industry-changing, state-specific pre-licensing exam – The Exam Simulator – for aspiring insurance agents, by offering a way for people to acquire their licenses faster. This offering provided an authentic and realistic exam experience from test questions to the testing format.

“We enjoy having our partners visit our home office in Burlington,” Albright said. “ExamFX and National Agents Alliance have had a strong partnership for a number of years and we only see that relationship continuing to grow in the future. We had a lot of fun hosting the guys from ExamFX.”

ExamFX has continued to add educational tools and expanded its multimedia content to help aspiring agents in other branches of the financial services industry. The result is a highly personalized learning environment for people across the United States.

“We had a great meeting with Andy in Burlington, and I think we will continue to look at what we can do to better serve agents and recruiters,” Schimke said. “What gets people excited about the insurance industry is that there is no ceiling. We like to think the same way and we like to have that same big-picture thinking of ‘what else can we include in the products that aren’t there today?’ It’s removing costs, creating a better learning experience for the student, better tracking, reporting and metrics for not only recruiters, but from the home office. You guys need the info to drive your business; our job is just to get it to you.”

Schimke said ExamFX will continue to add products, expand its marketing arm and grow its support team. Staffing additions are another indication that ExamFX expects to continue to grow in 2012, according to Schimke.

“We’ve got a much bigger deal now with our expanded staff and we are making a huge investment in the expansion of products,” Schimke said. “We are doing a lot on the securities side of things. We are a lot like National Agents Alliance in that we keep adding things as we go and we are growing. The product just keeps getting better and better. It’s always great to visit with the friendly faces at the home office at National Agents Alliance. It feels like home to us.”
