National Agents Alliance Team Attending Maxwell’s Exchange Program

BURLINGTON, N.C.– National Agents Alliance President and Chief Executive Officer Andy Albright and a team of NAA leaders left to take part in Dr. John C. Maxwell’s Exchange program in Seattle, Wash. on Monday morning.

The event, being held from Nov. 2-4, is Maxwell’s signature event. Albright and National Agents Alliance team members Alex Fitzgerald, Art Leazer, Stephen Davies, and John Wilson are in attendance, along with NAA Cultural Coach Tim Goad.

“I’ve had the chance to attend previous Exchange events with John Maxwell and I have grown and learned from those, so I felt like this was a great opportunity to get some of our leaders around John,” Albright said. “When you have the opportunity to spend three days with the type of successful people that attend Exchange events, you jump at the chance because you learn so much from it. The other great part of this trip is being able to have some of our top leaders from National Agents Alliance together.”

Each Exchange offers the opportunity to connect and learn with world-renowned authorities on leadership. The event includes leadership sessions with Maxwell, presentations from some of the top leaders, practitioners and innovators such as Kevin Turner, Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft; Jim Bergquist, founder of bizFutures and Executive Coach; and Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott with Real Relationships. Seattle was chosen because of its sights, sounds and experience as one of America’s most attractive and innovative cities.

“We are excited to get around people like John, Kevin Turner, Jim Berquist and the Parrotts,” Albright said. “Seattle is also a great city for this event and we look forward to interacting with a town that is known for its innovative style.”

Each Exchange is limited to only 80 people, allowing attendees to network and associate with other successful leaders not available to the general public. Past Exchange experiences have included a private concert with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, dinner at the New York Stock Exchange, and on field and locker room access at Lincoln Financial Field, home to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Maxwell focuses on issues important to each attendee and holds an extensive Q&A session with the group. The event offers other senior leaders to invest into their own leadership growth, develop new professional relationships and spend quality time with like-minded leaders.

Maxwell is an internationally recognized leadership expert, speaker, coach, and author who has sold over 19 million books. He is the founder of EQUIP and The John Maxwell Company, organizations that have trained more than five million leaders worldwide. Every year he speaks to Fortune 500 companies, international government leaders, and organizations as diverse as the United States Military Academy at West Point, the National Football League, and the United Nations.

As a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and BusinessWeek best-selling author, Maxwell has written three books that have each sold more than 1 million copies: “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership,” “Developing the Leader Within You,” and “The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader.”
