The NAA Base Shop Gets Back to the Basics

More than 50 agents gathered at the NAA headquarters for new agent training from the NAA Base Shop. The new agents received training from NAA’s President and CEO, Andy Albright, NAA’s National Director of Sales, John Kight, and each department at the corporate office.

 

“It’s important to hold these training meetings because it gets NAA back to the basics of working directly with our sales team, which is what NAA is founded on. We want our agents to continue to grow in the sales force and within NAA,” said Deborah Pendergraph, NAA’s Director of Lead Management. “Andy has challenged the base shop to double in size and meetings are necessary to make it happen and get the agents fired up about team building and recruiting.”

 

Some of the topics included: NAA’s eight team player steps, how to make a quarter of a million in seven months, the importance of recruiting and team building, and having the right mindset and attitude.

 

A special night owl session provided agents the opportunity to ask questions one on one with Andy Albright and receive feedback on how to take their business to the next level.
